Alison Rolfe

I work as a Jungian Analytical Psychotherapist in private practice in South Birmingham. After an initial training in psychodynamic counselling at University of Birmingham (2003) I completed an advanced training Analytical Psychotherapy with the West Midlands Institute of Psychotherapy (2021). I work at depth with adults experiencing a range of issues. Central to my approach is the work of enabling the patient to become, over time, better able to communicate with their self, both conscious and unconscious. I see people at least once weekly but can also work at higher frequency - e.g. twice or three times weekly.
