KATE PALMER

I am an experienced Jungian Analyst and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. I have worked in the NHS Specialist Psychotherapy Service as part of the East London NHS Foundation Trust and now work in private practice in the City and East London.

I trained at WPF Therapy before undertaking further training in Jungian Analysis at the Society of Analytical Psychology.

Rather than giving advice I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment to talk through and explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
We can think together about what is troubling you, and perhaps identify unhelpful patterns or thoughts that you may not have been aware of. Gaining insight in this way can bring relief and lead to change.

I offer 1-2 times weekly psychotherapy, or 3-4 times weekly analysis.
