I am an experienced psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist (BACP & BPC registered) working with all ages of adults from my consulting room in Charlbury. I usually work in an open ended way meaning that we will not fix the number of sessions at the start of the therapy as it is not usually possible to know at this point how long will be right for you. I work with clients on either a once or twice weekly basis depending on your specific needs.
I have experience of working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, relationships, bereavement & loss, fertility issues, anger, self worth and suicidal thoughts. Therapy can also be of help to those who have experienced loss of meaning in their lives or for those seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.
