Francesca Torrigiani Spagnoli

I have dedicated my career to the study and practice of psychodynamic psychotherapy, developing a deep clinical focus and expertise in supporting young people and their families through complex emotional landscapes.

My practice is grounded in providing a respectful, reflective space where clients can safely explore unresolved issues. I meet every individual with genuine curiosity and an open mind, recognizing that every person—regardless of age—has a unique story to tell. My passion lies in bringing these stories to light, helping you untangle and make sense of difficult or overwhelming mental states.

Because every individual is unique, I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I tailor my clinical interventions to suit the developmental needs of each client:

With Children: Play is integrated as an essential, non-verbal medium for therapeutic communication and expression.

With Adolescents: I incorporate creative methods, such as the use of visual metaphors and imagery, to help them articulate complex feelings.

With Parents: Traditional talk therapy sessions offer a dedicated space to navigate the specific challenges and anxieties of family life.

In every context, whether working individually or in a family group, I ensure that everyone is treated with equal dignity, deep understanding, and focused attention.

How We Can Work Together
Following an initial assessment, I will propose a bespoke therapeutic intervention tailored specifically to your or your family's needs.
