I am a psychodynamic counsellor working with adults and young people both in an open-ended and time-limited framework.
I have experience of working with, trauma and complex trauma, survivors of sexual violence and CSA, bereavement and loss, depression, substance use and dependency, self harm and suicidal ideation, awaiting trial, relationship breakdown.

In life we may find ourselves feeling overwhelmed and ruminating about relationships or events from the past, it can feel as if our life is stuck. Through counselling; talking with another mind, there is the opportunity to realign our past allowing us to live in the present and make conscious choices about our future and relationships. Through counselling I offer a non judgemental impartial space giving you the opportunity to think about the past and how it impacts the present. Through an understanding of current patterns being rooted in our past we are able to disentangle ourselves and arrive at a deeper understanding of ourselves and our relational capacity.
