Katarina Horrox

I am a psychodynamic organisational therapist and art therapist, registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council and the British Association of Art Therapists. I offer talk therapy and art therapy online.

Specialist trainings prepare me to work with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and addiction. Alongside this, I have trained in somatic interventions to support the processing of trauma. I have found it meaningful to work with people facing challenging life circumstances, such as complex relationships, childhood difficulties, loss and trauma. I have also valued working with people navigating neurodivergence, and clients exploring questions of sexuality and gender.

My professional experience spans private practice, third-sector organisations, criminal justice, and community projects. I value the thoughtful engagement that working with difference requires, and I welcome clients with diverse life experiences and beliefs.
