Helen Murray

I'm a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, which means I specialise in helping clients understand and process how past painful or traumatic experiences might be impacting upon their lives and relationships in the present.

I work with issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, feelings of being 'stuck,' trauma, abuse, bereavement/loss, and interpersonal difficulties.

And in terms of how I work, I offer both once- and twice-weekly, open-ended therapy. I work from my consulting room in Surrey, and I am available for both in-person and online therapy.
