I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist, working with adults. I practice in SE London and I also offer video and telephone therapy. I work with adults of all ages, including older people, and with a variety of difficulties, such as anxiety and depression; feelings of worthlessness and low self-esteem; difficulties in making or sustaining relationships; family conflict; coming to terms with losses, such as bereavement, the end of a relationship or redundancy; age-related issues; and complex feelings around death and dying. I have professional indemnity insurance and follow the Code of Ethics of my Professional Standards Authority Register.
