Caroline McGaffin

I am an adult psychoanalytic psychotherapist working in person in both Ayr and Glasgow. I also am happy to offer online therapy.

I work with a wide range of problems and begin with an assessment to determine whether psychotherapy is the right way forward. I may also recommend intensive therapy where this seems indicated.

I am also a child & adolescent psychotherapist with many years experience in CAMHS in particular in the areas of fostering, adoption and trauma. Psychotherapy with young children is through the medium of play.

I am happy to meet with parents for one-off consultations or long term parent work .

I provide supervision to child & adolescent trainees, counsellors and residential units.
