I mostly offer open ended therapy although I also see people for time limited work. As a psychodynamic practitioner, I'm interested in how your past relationships and experiences connect with and shape how you relate to yourself and others in the present.

I provide a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space in which emotional difficulties, experiences and patterns can be explored.

I have worked for the NHS as a psychotherapist and as a student counsellor alongside my private practice. I am a fully qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor with an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy.
