Michelle Devaux-Davey

I am a trained Psychodynamic Counsellor who has worked with people of all ages, ethnicities and cultures. In addition I have extensive experience of working in the performing-arts, with young adults at The Brit School, as well as in business development and mentoring. as a coach, facilitator and mentor.

Consequently, my specialism is in two distinct zones:

- working collaboratively with adult individuals to consider each 'unique' situation, using an open and supportive style to reshape thinking in those areas the individual regards as
problematic.

- business coaching and mentoring where I aim to provide a thinking space in which personality, life-experience and circumstance can all be viewed as a help or hindrance in a corporate setting. My works focuses on enabling the individual to see beyond the immediate.

I practice from several locations including Cheltenham, Wantage and Oxford.
