I offer once or twice weekly psychotherapy from my practice in Littlehampton, West Sussex. For those not able to attend in person I work online and by phone.

People can often feel anxious, depressed or confused. I seek to provide a safe containing space to talk and gradually to be in touch with your feelings. I see psychotherapy as a journey and my role as being alongside you. Therapy offers the chance to offload anxiety and to make links - links between our thoughts and our feelings - to help us bring things together.

I normally suggest that you contact me for an initial discussion for us to get a feel of how it might be to work together. Individual appointments last for 50 minutes and are arranged according to what is possible for you.
