I am a psychodynamic therapist in practice since 2007. I trained at Goldsmiths University and WPF Therapy, London. I work with individual adults either weekly or twice weekly.
The way in which I work is a collaborative process of exploration and curiosity about the self. It is a process of looking at patterns of behaviour and relationships, memories and events from the past and family narratives which may have shaped the way we are in the world.
Therapy can help you towards a deeper and different understanding of yourself and your life which may help you to live more freely.
