As a psychodynamic counsellor, my approach is particularly informed by how past relationships and emotional development affect our present lives, behaviours and perceptions. I offer long-term face-to-face work or online counselling.

I have experience working with adults, trainees and young people on a range of issues including anxiety, depression, abuse, relationship difficulties and issues around sexual identity and intimacy as well as low self -esteem.
