I am an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist working with individuals seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. My work focuses on helping clients explore the unconscious patterns that shape their emotional world — how early experiences, internal conflicts, and unspoken feelings continue to influence the present.

I work with people who find themselves struggling to form or sustain meaningful relationships, navigating challenges around intimacy, identity, desire, or self-worth, or moving through periods of loss, transition, or emotional uncertainty.

My approach is reflective, grounded, and relational. Within a confidential and supportive space, I help clients bring curiosity to what has felt too painful, confusing, or hidden to face alone.

Together, we work towards greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and the capacity to create more authentic and fulfilling connections — with oneself and with others.
