I am a qualified and registered psychodynamic psychotherapist and along with two colleagues we set up The Lighthouse Counselling Partnership. Our ethos is to provide affordable and accessible therapy in person and remotely in the Ashtead and Epsom area of Surrey. After a brief telephone conversation there is an initial consultation where we can explore the reasons why you are seeking therapy. Subsequent sessions are then held weekly on an open ended or time limited basis. I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, trauma, and relationship issues.
