I am an approachable and warm psychotherapist who offers a reflective space for children, adolescents, young adults and parents/carers to explore their feelings and thoughts and the challenges they may be facing. At the centre of my work is building a trusting relationship and working alongside young people and families to hear what matters to you and how we can find ways to help you manage your difficulties. I have spent the last 10 years supporting young people, families and adults with their mental health in different settings: schools, GPS, charities and mental health crisis teams. Leading a therapeutic team within a school means I am in continuous contact with the issues and challenges young people are facing day to day. This means I can offer relevant and creative therapeutic support
