Hello I'm Sarah.

I'm a co-founder of RSFTherapy.com, and our practice is based at 10 Fitzroy Square, W1T 5HP - 3 minutes from either Baker Street or Warren Street tubes.

I see patients for individual psychodynamic psychotherapy - for all sorts of distress. I prefer seeing people in person, but I can offer a hybrid of mainly face-to-face work with some on-line sessions. Like all psychodynamic therapists, I mainly work with patients over the long-term, focussing on what is hidden but hurting. I can also offer some 12-week episodes if that feels the best place to start.

I also see patients in small therapy groups which are run in person. I run 1-2 weekly groups for up to 8 patients which are safe and supportive. You may join for as long as you wish, to work on making sense of difficult issues with other thoughtful people.

I have started to specialise in psychotherapy for women with medically unexplained sub-fertility. In these sessions, we explore together the potential links between infertility for which there is no medical cause and Adverse Events in Childhood (aka childhood trauma). I see women individually, and in focussed therapy groups: for example, we offer a 12-week group for miscarriage, and I conduct an ongoing group for unexplained sub-fertility.

We called our practice RSF Therapy because we are interested in Relationships, Sex and Fertility. We offer individual, group and couples therapy for relationship-based issues, fertility therapy and psychosexual therapy. We also work in a team with acupuncture, yoga-therapy and naturopathic nutrition therapists. This is because we believe that psychologically-minded body-work can help our patients with the deeply emotional work of psychotherapy.
