Many factors of our lives, such as where we were born, sexual orientation, class, disability, have an affect on who we are. By linking experiences from the past and unhelpful patterns of behaviour now , an understanding can emerge and the opportunity to make positive change. I work with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and loss. My clinical experience also includes working with victims of abuse.
