Lydia Fuller

I am a qualified psychodynamic practitioner. I have experience working with individuals face to face and online. I can provide a safe meeting place to think and work through a range of mental health issues, to include anxiety, depression, low mood, loss, suicidal ideation, trauma and amongst others. I can provide a confidential and non-judgemental space for individuals to explore and gain an understanding into perceptions that influence conscious and unconscious communications.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, and Birkbeck Counselling Association. In addition, I hold an MSc degree in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy and Master’s degree in Comparative Literary Studies.

Further, I have a background working with university students from The Guildhall School of Music & Drama, and for Kings College, London, and I am currently working in private private practice in Central London.
