I'm a psychodynamic psychotherapist offering long-term and open-ended psychotherapy to adults in Brighton & Hove.

I can offer sessions once or twice weekly, which are generally face-to-face, though I am open to incorporating some remote work where appropriate.

I work with people from all kinds of backgrounds and have a particular interest in working with individuals struggling with depression, sexual issues, obsessive thoughts and behaviours, as well as relationship difficulties.
