Maria Papastergiou

I have extensive experience working with children, young people and parents in schools for many years. I hold an MSc degree on Child and Adolescent Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from Birkbeck College, University of London. As a psychodynamic counsellor I work therapeutically with children and young adults aged 5-25 mainly in the educational sector, in primary and secondary settings. My clinical work addresses issues such as early trauma, behaviour, anxiety, eating difficulties, depression, gender, self-harm and suicide ideation among others.
