I offer a confidential space for you to talk with somebody trained at listening to what may be happening for you at a deeper level. In our sessions we will seek to articulate and understand the conflicts and anxieties you are maybe feeling within.

I trained at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, which is a specialist NHS trust with a focus on training and mental health services and therapies. Prior to being a psychotherapist, I worked for over 20 years in the private, public and charity sectors. This experience and an interest in culture and society inform my psychotherapeutic understanding of the complex terrain of daily life.
