Sofia Villalobos

I am a fully qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor with an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have experience working across the charitable sector, the NHS, and private practice, supporting people with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

I work from a psychodynamic perspective, which involves exploring the connections between your past experiences and present circumstances. Together, we will explore the underlying roots of your difficulties rather than focusing solely on symptoms, helping you develop greater self-awareness and lasting change.

I offer open-ended therapy for adults aged 18 and over, providing a safe, confidential, and supportive space in which to explore whatever may be troubling you.

I have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and with a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, loss, low self-esteem, trauma, and life transitions.
