I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist trained at the Tavistock & Portman NHS Trust and Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy Practitioner trained at the Anna Freud Centre.

I have over 12 years of experience working in mental health settings, including the NHS, third sector and private practice. I have held a series of Specialist Counselling Psychology posts across South London, specialising in long-term work with adults that experience moderate to severe mental health difficulties.

My areas of interest include loss, trauma, relationships, and sexuality/gender.
