Adult Psychodynamic Psychotherapist

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist with over 20 years of practice in the mental health field, having worked within the NHS, mental health organisations, and private practice.

My clinical interests and areas of expertise focus on childhood trauma, including neglect or physical and sexual abuse; life crises and losses; relationship difficulties; emotional struggles such as depression, anxiety, and mood swings; addictive behaviours; problems with anger; self-harm and suicidal thoughts; medically unexplained symptoms; body image concerns, including eating disorders and body dysmorphia; and issues related to gender identity.

I completed clinical training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, where I also gained a master’s degree. I hold additional qualifications in Integrative Psychotherapy, Systemic Family Psychotherapy, and Group Therapy.
