I am an experienced psychodynamic counsellor with a background in both the NHS and voluntary sector.

I often see people who feel stuck , overwhelmed or unsure of exactly what’s wrong.

My approach to understanding people’s difficulties is rooted in exploring unconscious patterns and early experiences with the aim of fostering understanding, meaningful growth and resilience.

I offer a safe reflective space where people feel heard, supported and gently challenged. With warmth, insight and professionalism I tailor each session to meet the needs of the person in front of me.
