Megan Williams

I am an adult psychodynamic psychotherapist who has worked in the NHS, counselling services and privately. I have particular experience helping people struggling with life-changing events and difficult transitions. You might be a young adult leaving home, a new parent, thinking about changing career or suffering from an illness or a loss. We slow down and think about what is really distressing you, facing your difficult feelings together. I work with people who have severe depression, low self-esteem, anxiety and relationship issues.

I provide a supportive space for you to talk about these issues that matter in your life. I believe that there is no need to suffer alone in silence and that there is always hope for change.
