I'm an experienced psychodynamic counsellor offering sessions at my practices in central Cheltenham and Moreton-in-Marsh.

I trained in London (WPF Psychotherapy) and Gloucestershire (Gloucestershire Counselling Service). My training was accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC). I am clinically qualified and experienced in working with adults of all ages.

I work in a gentle, curious way, taking time to think with you about what is feeling difficult. I work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, and loss.

Psychodynamic therapy involves reflecting on how past experiences and traumas might shape and influence our thinking and our relationships. By taking time to think about the past, we can bring understanding present difficulties, and ultimately think about the future in more constructive ways.

I have particular experience working with family difficulties, helping you navigate complex dynamics and explore the impact of relationships on your emotional wellbeing.
