I am a qualified psychotherapist trained in the NHS. As a former corporate solicitor, I have a particular interest in working with adults in professional services and other corporate spheres where the demands of employment are high, with a focus on restoring work life balance, juggling the demands of family and work, and focusing on the interplay between this, anxiety and individual stress; at times dealing with complex family and professional dynamics, organisational and relationship challenges.
