I am an Adult Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. I have over 20 years of NHS experience working in various mental health settings and difficulties. I offer both short and long-term psychotherapy to people from all backgrounds.

I provide a confidential and supportive space. My approach is warm and collaborative, exploring how relationships and unspoken emotions shape our thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we identify patterns and work towards greater insight and lasting change.

I trained at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust in London and I am a member of the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists.
