Aadesh Gosrani

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist, qualified through the Tavistock and Portman NHS. Since 2019, I have worked as an honorary psychotherapist in NHS specialist services, including longer-term and complex care settings such as those in East London NHS and at the Tavistock, providing individual psychodynamic psychotherapy to adults with complex mental health needs—personality difficulties, relational and childhood trauma, profound hopelessness, self-harm, and high-risk presentations. My practice draws on object relations theory to explore unconscious patterns, conflicts, defences, and transference, while remaining attuned to diverse experiences including cultural and identity dimensions.

My previous experience was working in Trading and Finance in the City.
