As a BPC-accredited psychodynamic counsellor, my practice focuses on exploring the deeper, underlying roots of emotional difficulty, rather than simply managing surface symptoms. I work collaboratively with individuals to uncover unconscious patterns, early life experiences, and internal pressures that shape how they relate to themselves and navigate the world today.

My clinical experience spans a broad range of emotional and psychological difficulties, with particular expertise in the following areas:

Relational Dynamics & Interpersonal Patterns: Working with clients to understand recurring relationship conflicts, attachment difficulties, and the unconscious drivers that impact how they connect with others.

Anxiety, Panic, & Somatic Stress: Investigating the hidden anxieties and internalised pressures that frequently manifest as chronic worry, panic, or physical stress.

Depression & Mood Exploration: Looking beyond behavioural symptoms to understand the rooted origins of persistent sadness, emotional lethargy, and low mood.

Identity, Self-Esteem, & the Inner Critic: Helping individuals navigate core identity conflicts, address low self-worth, and reshape a harsh or punitive negative self-dialogue.

Grief, Loss, & Life Transitions: Supporting clients through the complex, non-linear process of mourning—including hidden or unacknowledged losses—and the existential questions that arise during major life shifts.

Trauma Processing & Integration: Providing a safe, explorative space to voice and process the lasting impact of traumatic experiences that continue to affect present-day functioning.
