Moshe Indurski

Psychodynamic Organisational Therapist

About Moshe Indurski

I am an Organisational Psychotherapist with a background in Talmudical and Rabbinic studies. My practice is situated at the intersection of psychoanalytic thought and the unique cultural landscape of the Hasidic community. I have extensive experience in understanding how individual emotional development is influenced by communal and organizational structures, allowing me to provide a bridge between traditional religious life and contemporary psychotherapeutic practice.
Alongside my clinical work, I provide specialist consultations to schools and community institutions, helping leadership and staff develop and enhance their working cultures. Drawing on the APPCIOS model of psychodynamic practice, I apply psychoanalytic and systemic thinking to help organizations navigate conscious and unconscious dynamics, utilizing work discussion models and structured observation to support institutional health.
In my clinical practice, I work with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties. I have extensive experience in the field of Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing school-based therapeutic interventions and fostering vital collaboration between families and educational staff to support children with diverse needs. My clinical foundation is supported by weekly psychoanalytic supervision and ongoing personal psychotherapy with members of the British Psychoanalytical Society.
My general approach is straightforward, compassionate, and culturally attuned. I offer a preliminary discussion followed by an assessment period focused on formulating a first impression of difficulties, their origins, and their meaning. I provide periodic consultations with parents alongside a young person’s treatment. Frequency depends on clinical understanding and need.
