Elliot Huggins

I am a chartered Clinical Psychologist and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience working in both NHS and private mental health and psychotherapy services.

As a Clinical Psychologist I am trained in a range of evidence-based therapy approaches. I primarily draw on relational models such as Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and can work flexibly to suit each person’s individual needs.

In both my NHS and private practice I have offered psychological help for a range of different types of distress, supporting people with their current difficulties as well with more long-standing and complex problems. I currently work in specialist psychotherapy and community mental health services with both adults and adolescents, providing therapy for long-standing emotional and relational difficulties.

I have a private practice in North London, where I offer psychological consultation and both brief and longer-term individual therapy for adults and young people.
