Perla De Toledo Amon

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist offering psychotherapy in Central London and online in English and Turkish. I completed four years of clinical training at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, including the Introduction to Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and the Clinical Qualification in Intercultural Psychodynamic Therapy.

Alongside my training, I worked within NHS settings for more than 5 years with adults from diverse cultural and social backgrounds. Before moving to London, I completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in Istanbul.

My practice offers a reflective and confidential space to explore emotional difficulties, relationship patterns, identity, anxiety, loss, and life transitions. I hold a particular interest in intercultural experiences, migration, motherhood/parenthood and the transitions that it brings, and the ways in which early relational experiences continue to shape our emotional lives.
