I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with adults in and around East and North London. I have worked for over 12 years across the NHS and voluntary sector.

I have particular experience working with grief and loss and helping people struggling with life-changing events and difficult transitions. You might be a young person who is finding life in London a challenge, dealing with family or relationship difficulties or someone struggling with any kind of life transition.

I work with people who are experiencing depression, anxiety and low self-esteem and those who find challenges in intimate relationships. I practice sensitive and culturally informed therapy.

Building a trusting therapeutic relationship together, we can think about the issues and feelings that are causing you distress. A space to slow things down and share the most difficult aspects of ourselves, to fell less alone and to achieve personal change.
