I am a qualified Child and Adolescent Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with a particular interest in working with adolescents experiencing anxiety, emotional difficulties and questions around identity and developing a sense of self. My practice is trauma and neurodiversity-informed, with a focus on understanding what may lie beneath the surface of anxiety and how past and present relationships can shape a young person’s emotional world.
