Rita Inak-Hale

Before qualifying as a psychodynamic psychotherapist I trained as a mental health nurse in the NHS working with adults and later with children, adolescents and their families. My clinical interests and experience are diverse including trauma, sexual abuse and eating disorders as a specialism. My clinical interest is diverse. I work with mental health difficulties in general including eating disorders, anxiety, obsessions, depression, low mood, self-harm/suicidal ideation, personality & relationship difficulties, mood/emotional instability, trauma/sexual abuse, spiritual distress, psycho-somatic symptoms, anger issues, gender identity, sexuality, dissociated states.
