Sergei Grachev

Dr Sergei Grachev is a psychoanalyst of the British Psychoanalytical Society and forensic psychiatrist, he worked in the NHS for 20 years and now is in full time Private Practice in London. He was trained as psychiatrist, did research and practiced Psychotherapy in Moscow before he came to London to get trained at the Institute of Psychoanalysis. His particular interest is in complex mental states. He is actively involved in teaching and supervising psychotherapists in England and abroad. He was chairing, now is lecturing, at the Introductory Lectures and Seminars course at the Institute of Psychoanalysis. He teaches at The Foundation and The Post Foundation course at the Institute of Psychoanalysis, London, and he works at the Institute committees. He is accredited Training Analyst for Adult Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy trainings at a Tavistock (M1, D58-59), for Child Psychotherapy training (ACP) and for WPF psychotherapy training.
