I offer long term once weekly “face to face” and online (video or audio) psychotherapy sessions for adults who are looking for help with emotional and psychological problems. I have an interest in addictions; the experience of boarding school; and eating disorders

Regular psychotherapy, which is supportive and non judgmental, would offer you a chance to reflect more deeply on where you are right now; find out more about yourself and, over time, give you more options about moving forward into your future
