I have worked in the mental health profession for over thirty years. I draw from different psychoanalytic modalities and trauma-informed practice.

I believe in supporting people to find meaning in their lives. I have worked with a range of issues over the years but specialise in the following areas: general relationship difficulties, trauma experiences (historical or current), early/developmental trauma, loss and bereavement, cross-cultural and cultural/racial identity exploration, migration, cultural shock and adjustment issues, becoming a parent, the experience of pregnancy, parenting concerns and the experience of being a replacement child.
