Abi Canepa-Anson

As a psychotherapist I am interested in doing what I can to alleviate suffering. I listen to both unconscious and literal communications. I have an interest in human development and personality formation; attachment styles, how we form relationships and why we come to relate the way we do. I do this through a systemic way of thinking about people in the context of their family and wider social settings.
To be truly heard and emotionally met where you are at, can be a powerful and restorative experience for most people.
