For the last sixteen years I have helped my clients to work through a wide range of psychological difficulties; anxiety, depression, interpersonal problems; debilitating psychological difficulties that severely impact on the quality of daily living. Exploring past experience, and current thoughts and feeling, the psychoanalytic approach aims to bring unconscious patterns of relating into consciousness. Through my dedication to the process I help my clients to gain insight, to feel more integrated, and to find ways to move forward with their lives.
