APPCIOS psychodynamic organisational therapist: with a focus on the unconscious at work, I provide
consultation to organisations, staff teams and individuals to work towards functioning work practices which support healthy team dynamics and management. This may involve supervision, reflective practice, executive coaching, good practice sessions, action learning sets, training, management coaching and role consultation. With a healthy organisation in mind, staff operational attitudes towards each other and clients become optimal at all levels. A bespoke service is offered.
