What are we looking for?
You will lead and manage our team to deliver high quality counselling and therapeutic support. We require you to monitor and evaluate our service and the impact of our work, driving the development of our services.
We are seeking an experienced service manager with a counselling or therapeutic background. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for providing support to people who are affected by cancer and life-threatening conditions. We work from a humanistic and integrative model and within a client-centred framework. An experience of working at depth in a time-limited model is essential.
You will be a passionate leader able to manage through change. We want you to bring your experiences and ideas to help shape the future for We Hear You.
