Group Analyst 8a or 7-8a Developmental Post – 30hrs
We wish to appoint a Group Analyst with UKCP or BPC registration to join our friendly, skilled and dedicated team of psychological therapists working within a Community Adult Mental Health Team setting.
Location: The Whiteleaf Centre, in Aylesbury

Salary:£43,742 – £57,349 Per annum | Pro rata
You will be working with clients with severe and enduring mental health problems and will play a significant role in developing our group analytic provision for this client group.
We meet weekly and have monthly reflective practice. Supervision is provided by senior therapists to help consolidate therapy skills in a focused and supported way.
It is expected that the post holder will contribute to the wider staff team via training, supervision, reflective practice, consultation and psychological formulation. The service offers training placements for junior doctors, trainee psychotherapists/group analysts and clinical/counselling psychologists and the post holder would be encouraged to participate in these
trainings and support the development of group analytic placements.
The post is based at The Whiteleaf Centre, in Aylesbury. You need to be able to travel to other locations across the Trust from time to time.
