Reflective Practice Group Facilitator, MHCPC
The Manor House Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (MHCPC) seek an experienced Group Facilitator for a Reflective Practice group comprised of experienced psychodynamic therapists who form the Tutor Team on the MHCPC Diploma Course (BACP & BPC accredited).

Salary: £100 per session (6 sessions per year)
As Tutors with various tasks on the Course, the team meet weekly over the academic year as a working group focussed on the development of the student cohort.
Twice each term, the Tutors meet as a Reflective Practice group to think together about the dynamics within the Tutor team and how these might be reflected in the wider organisation and beyond.
The Reflective Groups are an invaluable opportunity for the Tutor Team to explore issues within the dynamic of the organisation in a supportive environment. The groups enable the Tutor Team to continue to develop an experiential understanding of the group dynamic to maintain the team as supportive colleagues.
The Reflective Groups meet between 1.10pm – 1.55pm on Fridays twice each term throughout the academic year.
Interviews will be individually arranged with successful candidates.
