No 1 Performing Arts (NOPA) is a registered Incorporated Organisation that has been working with people of all ages in some of the most disadvantaged communities in Lambeth since 1991. We have been promoting good mental health and wellbeing since 2000 by providing psychotherapy, creative therapies and mentoring in schools and outreach in the community.
NOPA is seeking to recruit a Senior Psychotherapist to work in a multidisciplinary team within primary and secondary schools and in the community within Lambeth, starting in October 2023.

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
Essential Qualifications
● A postgraduate degree or level 7/8 in psychotherapy or creative therapies.
● A qualification in Clinical Supervision
● Registered with a recognised accredited body e.g. BACP, UKCP, NCS
● All therapists must be registered members of their professional bodies and must remain so throughout their employment with NOPA.
Essential Experience:
● Evidence of 3 years’ experience working with vulnerable children, young
people and/or adults as a psychotherapist or creative therapist.
● Evidence of working in schools and in the community.
● Experience of working with people from different cultures.
● Experience of managing a team and providing clinical supervision.
Location: London Borough of Lambeth
Start date: 30th October 2023

Salary: £48,480
Hours 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £48,480 per annum
Benefits: 20 days’ paid holiday plus Bank Holidays. Holidays must be taken during
schools’ non-working weeks
