I am an experienced Psychodynamic Counsellor and Dynamic interpersonal Therapist with over 10 years relevant experience working for the NHS.
I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultural systems, as it relates to their race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, or other important elements that make up someone’s culture and/or identity.
I am able to offer a therapeutic, non-judgemental space, to enable individuals to process difficult life patterns from past experiences, or with an interpersonal focus on relationships, internal and external, as they may be linked to the presenting problems in their current life experience and triggering symptoms that can feel overwhelming.
I am able to offer the opportunity to engage in treatment that would help with exploration and expression of thoughts and emotions, where you can reflect and heal from emotional and traumatic events, also life challenges safely, and where we can identify and work through the difficulties, and symptoms, these include:
